Our fees
Our fees are calculated based either on a subscription our clients have agreed to (in particular for recurring disputes), or on an hourly rate, or on a combined method of calculation taking into account the issue in the litigation and the result obtained.
Whatever the circumstances when the file is opened, the client is given clear information in writing on the method that will be used to calculate the fees.
In addition to the fees, the client is responsible for costs incurred to carry out the missions they entrust in us according to either a percentage of the fees, or the amount of the costs as such: opening the file, correspondence, typing, photocopies, transportation costs, and so on.
Disbursements (costs related to court, court bailiff, expert, translator, etc.) are also borne by the client at the cost price.
Provisions or intermediary reports are regularly sent to our clients, who may at any time request an intermediate report.
Our intervention
We are committed to using our best efforts to carry out the missions that our clients entrust in us, in accordance with the laws and with the professional code of ethics. We ensure that the work provided by all our lawyers meet the standards of excellence and diligence that we have set for ourselves.
We commit ourselves to informing our clients on all the various legal solutions that are available to them, to suggesting measures intended to protect their interests best, and to implement, as diligently as possible, the solution the client has chosen.
We are committed to keeping our clients regularly informed on the progress of the missions they have entrusted in us.
We freely select the court bailiffs who intervene on behalf of our clients. The choice of other interveners whose assistance is useful (notary, independent auditor, technical adviser, etc.) is carried out after meeting.
We keep our clients' files in archives for five years after the outcome of our intervention.
